How long does delivery take?

- The delivery time is 6-10 working days. .You will receive your tracking ID within 48 hours and can view the status of your order at any time.

When will my order be shipped?

- Your package usually leaves our shipping center 1 - 2 days after you place your order.

Where can I find my tracking number? 

- Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we will send you another email with a tracking link.

I would like to exchange one or more items, how do I proceed?

- In the event that one or more items do not fit you, the following conditions must be met for a return: 

  • You are within the 14-days right of withdrawal
  • If the item is damaged, it must not have been you
  • The item must be clean and must not have any stains, hair or dust
  • An exchange is only possible for the color or size, but not for another product
